For this contract, we efficiently coordinate numerous experts, providing valuable support in crafting spatial analysis, data analytics, and mapping solutions to address the significant challenge of coastal land loss in Louisiana.
To help document and analyze the flooding problem occurring in North East Houston, Sustainable Planning and Design conducted a study into the current issues and possible solutions to this equity crisis and created an interactive map to empower residents with data and information about flooding in their neighborhood.
In an effort to identify critical aquifer areas suitable for protection within the carbon economy framework Spatial Analytics and Research Consulting LLC. has been asked to conduct a suitability analysis using GIS for springs within the Texas Hill Country.
SPAARC was contracted to research and create GIS figures for a study of Social Vulnerability in the Houston area.
Emily Fucile and Jace Hodder worked with John Day and other researchers on the Louisiana coast participating in discussions, concept development, and creating figures for the paper, "A Review of Issues Related to Formation, Deterioration And Restoration of the Chenier Plain, Mississippi River Delta, La - Combining Nature Based and Engineered Approaches."
